Please note that processing and delivery times are indicative and start from the moment when the samples are in our possession. Conversely, data will be considered as sent as soon as it leaves our facilities. Synergene Biotech will make great efforts in respecting the indicated delivery times, but will not be liable for any delay caused by force majeure.

Furthermore, Synergene Biotech disclaims all damage caused by problems of delivery services including delays and loss of samples or data in either physical or electronical form.

All samples and information submitted to Synergene Biotech, as well as the data resulting from analyses will be treated as confidential. Synergene Biotech will make great efforts to provide safe data storage and handling. Therefore, access details given by Synergene including user names and passwords must be kept secret by the user.

Should special data treatment be requested, you must contact Synergene Biotech before submitting material of any kind including samples, or data. If this is not the case we will use our default data processing protocols. Unless specified otherwise, data will be returned by email. For your convenience we will include trace files and text files upon request.

In order to allow us to take the necessary steps for safe handling, samples containing dangerous chemicals or biologically harmful material have to be declared explicitly by contacting us prior to submission. Please note that you will also have to proceed according to the applicable laws and regulations when sending dangerous materials and that we reserve the right to refuse processing of samples if safety or other standards are not met.

To prevent economical or technical damage we reserve the right to interrupt running processes or reject any samples judged to be of too poor quality. Should this happen to be the case you will promptly be informed and no billing will take place for the unprocessed remaining part of the order.

All prices quoted do not include Swiss VAT. Sequencing service does not include editing nor does it include run repetitions and shipping costs. Invoicing will be carried out irrespective of the results of the analyses. Invoices are payable within 30 days net. Prices quoted in foreign currencies have to be regarded as indicative, since they might vary according to the daily exchange rates. You are kindly requested to contact us for the actual prices in foreign currencies.
